ABOUT CERTIFICATE COURSE

I renewed our SSL certificate for Exchange but now Outlook is not going to hook up on any Home windows XP devices. It asks for the username and password and even when the proper qualifications are entered it just asks for them once again repeatedly as If they're incorrect. Is there something which I missed when renewing our Exchange SSL certificate
